Product Description

How do you massage the back of your neck and shoulders?

1. Before use, first wet the neck and shoulder with water, then wear the product around the neck, so that the electrodes stick closely to the skin. Adjust the product position until comfortable, turn on the device, and adjust to the appropriate massage strength.
2. Press the power button for two seconds, until you hear a beep sound. The device starts up in the lowest strength mode (gear 1) by default. Press the“+”to increase the strength, up to maximum strength (gear 15). Press the“”button to decrease the strength. Make sure your skin is wet before use this product. ● I there are any wounds on your skin. Do not use the electrodes on any broken skin or wounds.
Weak Stimulation	● Check whether the electrodes are making good contact with the skin. Adjust the position and/or strength. ●There is any dirt or oil on the electrodes? Clean the surface of the electrodes. ● Batery is low. Charge the device. ● Low strength setting. Increase the strengh by pressing the“+" button.
